This 2-level heritage house has a floor area of 389 square meters more or less. It was said to have been built in the 1800s during the Spanish era. The house is one among 28 houses in the town of Pila, declared in May 2000 by the National Historical Institute of the Philippines, as heritage homes. Pila is the only town in the Philippines that is formally recognized as a historical site by both the church and the state, according to Philippine historian Dr. Luciano Santiago.
In the same lot, is a two-bedroom bungalow built in the early 2000's and is located beside the heritage house with a separate gate.
