Licensed Real Estate Broker Heidi or fondly called Zumi by her colleagues and clients, used to accompany her realtor aunt in Baguio City to meet property owners and buyers on her days off in an advertising job with a TV network, and in 2010, she retired from her media career and focused on her entrepreneurial journey in digital art and printing. One time, her real estate broker friend in La Union asked her to refer a buyer for prime commercial land. Fortunately, her first and only prospect in mind purchased it. From then on, she knew she would be in the real estate service profession someday like her aunt and friend. She, later on, moved back to Manila and was offered to work for property developer Ayala Land. After 2 years of project sales for Ayala Land and Century Properties, she gained her professional Real Estate Broker license. Friends, classmates, and relatives were her first clients. In 2018, she started to focus on helping individual property owners and landlords find buyers and tenants. She makes sure that investor buyers get the best deal possible in an area, keeping in mind that the ROI based on rental yield vs acquisition cost is one of the most, if not the most important factor in property investment. She is an introvert by nature (prefers reading or gardening over socializing) but with close friends, colleagues, and clients, she likes discussing ideas, projects, solutions, and strategies.
